was founded by Zeeshan Diwan & Krishna Datta Multani, both having a combined experience of more than two decades. Krishna Datta Multani

Over 10 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution, representing clients in the Supreme Court, various High Courts, Trial Courts, and Quasi-Judicial forums across India. Expertise includes commercial disputes and criminal/white-collar defense, investigations, and trials, often initiated by India’s leading investigative agencies.
Proven track record in securing bail for clients in complex cases, developing defense strategies for high-profile criminal matters such as the IRCTC corruption scam, Commonwealth Games scam, 2G Spectrum case, Swiss Bank Black Money Tax evasion case, Petroleum Espionage case, PNB Fraud case, and Coal Scam. Successfully obtained orders quashing FIRs and criminal proceedings, including an ECIR registered by the ED, leading to the attachment of assets valued at approximately Rs. 118 crores by the Delhi High Court.
Extensive experience advising and representing a diverse clientele, including politicians, government officials, corporate entities, educational institutions, foreign banks, hotels, professionals, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). Specializes in large-scale real estate disputes, commercial and arbitration matters, and electricity disputes against Commission/DISCOMs before APTEL.
Expertise in advising NRIs facing potential litigation in India or the issuance of a LOC, and skilled in resolving various intra- and inter-familial disputes.

Zeeshan Diwan

Advocate on Record with the Supreme Court of India with almost 10 years’ experience.
Specializes in Arbitration, White collar crime and Commercial Disputes before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, the NCLAT/NCLT and various other Tribunals.
Has been instrumental in securing favourable orders for various clients in arbitral proceedings (including petitions under Sections 9, 11, 34 and 37 of the Arbitration Act before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court), commercial suits and has represented Financial Creditors and Resolution Professionals before the NCLT/NCLAT and Supreme Court. He has also advised on the drafting of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Plans which have been successfully accepted by creditors.
Has been a part of landmark judgments of the Supreme Court in the Aadhar Privacy case, the ban on fireworks in NCR, the protection of wetlands, several sensitive cases relating to Members of Parliament and social issues such as reservation for physically challenged aspirants to the Judiciary, protection of wetlands of India etc.
